The month of May has always been a labour-intensive month, and 2022 has respected this tradition. Besides different important activities behind the scenes, IIT has been involved in different communication activities regarding LIFEalps, such as:
- the eTest Days: stakeholders from the South Tyrolean economy have the possibility to test and see whether zero emission vehicles fit in their everyday life (spoiler alert: they do!). Thanks to LIFEalps it was possible to test one of its Hyundai Nexo's as well as a 2nd generation Toyota Mirai (thanks to Toyota Italy).
- Klimamobility: After a two-year-forced-pause Klimamobility returned to be an in-person meeting. Of course IIT took the opportunity to talk about the LIFEalps project and its central role in promoting zero emission mobility on the Brenner Corridor.
- Mobility course: the participants of the mobility course visited the Hydrogen Centre and were introduced to the world of e-mobility thanks to a presentation made by IIT.
- the E-Drive Day: IIT has been from the very beginning one of the main supporters of the E-Drive Day, which is held yearly at the Safety Park in Pfatten/Vadena. This year, about 200 persons came to this event, where they had the possibility to test one or both fuel cell vehicles.
